Go to the official FESCO Complaint Portal from their website through which you can fill details online; call their customer care helpline no. 118 or 041-9220184, where the staff provides instant help; or go to your nearest FESCO office for assistance in person. You may also write them an email on customercare@fesco.com.pk or try their social media handles like Twitter or Facebook. Make sure to give them your CNIC, application number, and complete description of the problem. FESCO usually sorts out issues within 7–10 working days.
